This video describes a publication teaching the use of antileptin antibody to augment proliferation of T regulatory cells.  The T regulatory cells is a specific component of the immune system that is activated by mesenchymal stem cells and has been associated with suppression of autoimmunity.  Essentially the video provides a neat and easy to use method of expanding T regulatory cells.
