hi,so does this mean that stem cell therapy cannot heal a diseased or damaged organ.
Or it cannot treat organ failure like kidney failure...

Guys, if BM stem cell can participate in tissue healing it's doesn't mean they can differentiate in variety of tissue mature cell types. They can fuse, release growth factors and stimulate resident tissue progenitors cells to healing.
