This video describes the Nature Biotechnology paper in which amniotic fluid derived stem cells were described in some detail. Of particular interest in the video is the discussion that these cells, which are isolated based on positivity for c-kit actually express Oct-4, which is a marker of embryonic stem cells. The video was posted by the stem cell clinic Cellmedicine.
