G-CSF is used clinically for stimulation of neutrophil production in pateints that have taken chemotherapy, radiation therapy (in some cases), as well as post bone marrow tranplant.
This patent covers peptide derivatives of G-CSF that are useful for stimulation of hematopoiesis. It may be interesting to use this patent to compete with currently used G-CSF formulations.
