THE AGING PROCESS
Since July 1990,we known that there are a direct correlation between decreasing growth hormone levels and progressive aging, since 25 to 30 years of age.In base to surgical experiences(two cases),we believe that this disease is due to progressive ischemia in the producing hypothalamic nuclei(lowermost portion of the ventromedial nuclei, arcuate nucleus, and tuber cinereum) of GHRH, by atherosclerosis in the supraclinoid carotids and its anterior perforating arteries.Because, in contrast to this, its revascularization by means of omental tissue provoke rejuvenation and increase the libido/sexual potency.Through
the omentum, hypothalamic nuclei receives an increase on blood flow, oxygen, neurotransmitters
,neurotrophic factors,cytokines and stem cells.

Dear Mrs.
There are clinical and surgical evidences suggestive that type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM)is of ischemic origin initiated in the anterior hypothalamic nuclei, due to atherosclerosis in the supraclinoid carotids and its anterior perforating arteries.Between 25 to 30 years of age,the producing hypothalamic nuclei of growth
hormone-releasing hormone(GHRH),are the first zones in to suffer ischemic injury(1,2) and simultaneously or few years later, another hypothalamic nuclei may be affected and to provoke obesity, type 2 DM,neurogenic hypertension, narcolepsy and metabolic syndrome(3).
